I am attending the sessions — 'MoveStrong with Sneha' since the past three weeks. Sneha's sessions are not only based on physical movements and yogic exercises but she has introduced a full Physical Education programme, also including food along with rest habits. This makes it very fulfilling, and what makes it integral is her loving and active support through fun messages and lively creative interactions on the group. I'm very happy I joined — it has made me more aware of different parts of my body and inculcated a strong morning habit of doing my physical routine with much more variety. Gratitude to Sneha for holding and guiding with so much love.

I joined Sneha's MoveStrong June batch after a friend referred me. Being two years postpartum, my main goals were to regain energy and build a consistent routine of moving my body through stretches, yoga, and strength training. I love that she offers both online and face-to-face sessions — so flexible. Sneha did an amazing job structuring the routine; she maps out a clear path so you never feel overwhelmed. Plus, she made sure we stayed on track with balanced meals and hydration (with a lovely soft push 😅). Highly recommend!!
